    1. Who is responsible for selecting the designer?

    The client receives a questionnaire enabling him to define the key requirements for the project. On their basis, UX Hub searches for people who meet the requirements and are available at the moment. Then, the UX hub team verifies the designers’ portfolio and selects several people whose experience and competences are consistent with the client’s needs.

    2. Who decides on the choice of designer?

    UX Hub presents 2-3 strongest candidates, from which the client can choose the most suitable person or arrange an interview to verify their fit for the project. The final decision to choose a designer rests with the client.

    3. How can I be sure that the designer knows my industry and the specifics of my business?

    All specialists in our database complete a detailed survey, which includes, among others: information about their experiences and the industries they worked for. Additionally, all people are verified by UX Hub experts before their candidacies are presented to the client.

    4. How long does it take to choose a designer?

    The time needed to present the first candidates takes on average 3-5 days. The average onboarding time for a project designer is 7 – 10 business days.

    5. What if the designer doesn't perform well on the project?

    In such a case, the UX Hub expert starts re-recruiting appropriate people (free of charge) and in the event of an emergency, appropriate specialists are included in the client’s project from day to day to ensure continuity of work.

    6. Do I need to provide a designer's workplace?

    There is no need. Designers work remotely using their equipment. Depending on the legal restrictions and formal requirements of the project, it is possible to work on the client’s software and hardware.

    7. Do you need to sign a confidentiality agreement with him?
